Family owned and operated, Backwards Distilling Company was founded in 2014 in Mills, Wyoming by the Pollock Family. Since then, we have expanded our distillery and opened our downtown Casper Tasting Room.

What You’ll Need

  • 2 oz American Whiskey
  • 1 oz Stout Syrup
  • 0.5 oz Lemon
  • Fever Tree Tonic

How to Make It

Shake with ice, strain into Pilsner glass over ice, top with tonic

Stout Syrup
  • 1 Stout Beer of your choosing
  • 1.5 cups Sugar

Heat stout over medium heat, reduce by half, add sugar and heat until dissolved
