Family owned and operated, Backwards Distilling Company was founded in 2014 in Mills, Wyoming by the Pollock Family. Since then, we have expanded our distillery and opened our downtown Casper Tasting Room.

Frankenbourbon

We created a delicious monster. Every time we make a batch of experimental bourbon, we end up with just a few gallons more than will fit in a single barrel. Rather than waste it, we collect these bits and pieces from all of our experimental bourbon distillations until we have enough to fill a whole barrel. These parts are then aged together in a 53-gallon barrel and we release a single barrel of this beast each Halloween.
