What You’ll Need
- 1.5 oz Fig Infused Strongman Gin
- 0.5 oz Rosemary Honey Syrup
- 0.25 oz Pomegranate Juice
- 0.75 oz Campari
- Absinthe Rinse
How to Make It
Rinse rocks glass with absinthe, combine all ingredients in glass and stir with ice
Rosemary Honey Syrup
- 1 cup Honey
- ½ cup Water
- 3 sprigs of Rosemary
Dissolve on stove over medium heat until fragrant
Fig Infused Strongman Gin
- 1 bottle Strongman Gin
- 8 dried figs, chopped
Combine in glass container with lid, let sit for 5 days, strain out solids and rebottle
